The successful candidate will be responsible for continual improvement within the investment infrastructure to ensure its ability to support asset growth and increasing efficiency. Meet regularly with the IT group to coordinate the planning of future projects and oversee implementation of current initiatives as well as Finance in the development of projections and budgets. Oversee interaction with Human Resources as it related to global mobility, rotational programs, inclusion, requisition control and all other Human Resources related processes. Communicate with Chief Risk Officer to ensure timely and accurate oversight and feedback.
